Daytona Beach has lots of dining options for every taste bud. This article will take a look at the best 5 restaurants you should visit in when you get to Daytona Beach. Without wasting time, let’s get started before you end up alone in the cinema.

Donnie’s Donuts restaurant

This restaurant is known for making fresh daily donuts. They also offer several creative combinations to choose from.  They are known for their maple bacon donut. You will enjoy this restaurant if you go with friends because you will buy a few different types to share in order to sample more. They also serve fair trade organic coffee and locally roasted cold brew.

Caribbean Jack’s restaurant

The location at Caribbean Jack’s is wonderful for dining inside or out. The outdoor deck on the water has nice sheltered glider booths and a waterfront fire pit. Don’t worry, you don’t rock too far if you aren’t a fan of rocking while eating. There is an onsite marina where you can park your boat if you are traveling by water. The Caribbean slaw and the black bean and mango salsa are something you need to have a taste of.

Oyster Pub Sports Bar and Grill restaurant

Sports fans will love the 45+ TVs while eating incredible oysters at Daytona’s largest oyster bar. These oysters will make a fan out of you, even if you don’t traditionally like oysters. You must get the Chargrilled Oysters (1 dozen oysters grilled on an open flame, smothered with The Oyster Pub’s secret sauce.)  The secret sauce and the way it was prepared made it memorable. Their oysters are seriously wonderful! The oysters are also super fresh and they have the papers to prove it!

There are plenty of other items like salmon and a bacon burger on the menu to satisfy every taste bud.

Crabby’s Joe’s restaurant

Crabby Joe’s is a local favorite located on a fishing pier that serves up breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You can dine inside or on the deck. You also get to watch the fisherman walk by with their catches of the day while you eat.

If you sit outside, you might even see a few paddle boarders trying to catch a few waves.

Angell & Phelps Chocolate Factory Restaurants

This isn’t technically a restaurant but it’s still a local stop that you will want to make. Satisfy your sweet tooth with a treat at this gem located in historic downtown Daytona. You can take a free guided 20-minute factory tour (Monday – Saturday at 10am, 11am, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm)

The tour is really informative but the best part is to taste the homemade samples at the end after watching the entire candy making in front of you.

The tour takes you back to the gift shop where you can sample more before you buy and purchase creative candy souvenirs that may…or may not make it home.
